Responsibilities
  • Run and define the Zelis marketing automation strategy and develop the automation playbook (e.g. areas of focus, workflow designs, martech stack strategy and implementation/integration)
  • Develop comprehensive marketing automaton strategies aligned with business objectives and target personas for each segment we serve. Responsible for overall development and execution, including segmentation, testing, and continual evaluation for improvements.
  • Lead marketing operations initiatives in HubSpot and Salesforce such as managing the lifecycle strategy, lead scoring evaluation, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing.
  • Drive the strategic development of client engagement communications across the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing automation into broader client/marketing initiatives, developing processes and reporting cadence.
  • Monitor, track, and analyze the performance and effectiveness of marketing automation campaigns. Implement and optimize marketing automation workflows to nurture leads, drive engagement, and enhance the customer journey.
  • Develop actionable reports and analyze data to measure the success and ROI of marketing automation efforts.
  • Maintain Marketing Automation integration with CRM and assist in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation software
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with campaigns or marketing automation platforms and propose solutions.
  • Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards.


What You Will Bring
  • 8+ years experience and demonstrated expertise working with marketing automation and engagement platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, etc.) required.
  • 3+ years of technical HubSpot and Salesforce experience including integration management, complex operational programs, and segment configuration.
  • Experience managing a global team with ability to support organization model work outside of the US, preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and B2B Marketing funnel
  • Experience in setting up and configuring marketing automation platforms and integrations between CRM systems and other platforms.
  • Experience building, testing, and optimizing HTML emails with dynamic coding required.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously, perform in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital communications and/or relevant experience
