The Role:
As an Email Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in developing, designing, and optimizing high-performing email campaigns and automations. You should be confident in client communication, problem-solving, and creating engaging email designs that not only look great but also convert.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute email marketing strategies tailored to client goals.
- Design visually engaging, high-performing emails that drive conversions.
- Manage and optimize Klaviyo flows and campaigns for maximum impact.
- Troubleshoot deliverability, segmentation, and performance issues.
- Act as a client-facing expert, providing strategic recommendations and insights.
- Analyze email performance, run A/B tests, and implement data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with our team on multi-channel marketing strategies.
What You Bring:
- Expertise in Klaviyo – You understand flows, campaigns, and segmentation inside and out.

Nice to Have:
- Have experience working with Shopify and eCommerce brands.
- Understand A/B testing and conversion optimization.
- Have a strong grasp of copywriting for email.
- Have experience in SMS marketing and other retention strategies.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
