We are looking for an Email Marketing Manager with exceptional communication skills, incredible attention to detail, and a boundless desire to learn with a “can-do” attitude. Warschawski’s Email team is rapidly growing and works on a diverse set of clients. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge and expertise in one or more email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Klayvio, Constant Contact, etc.), strong copywriting skills, and the ability to both strategize and innovate to drive success for clients.
Our agency moves quickly, and being able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines is a must.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in email service platforms & CRMs including (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MailChimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Iterable etc.). Bonus if experienced in SFMC/Iterable, but not required. The ideal candidate would be proficient in a few platforms with the ability to learn on the fly in others.
- Strong knowledge of industry best practices, such as A/B testing messages and designs; identifying KPIs and reporting campaign performance; and monitoring spam scores & Deliverability.
- Strong email copywriting skills with an ability to tailor messages to different audience segments; Design skills a plus!
- Ability to balance competing priorities efficiently in a high-pressure environment with little oversight.
- Ability to analyze data and analytics to help inform strategic initiatives and decision-making.
- Flexible worker who collaborates well with internal/external teams and fosters a positive workplace.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Creative: craft subject lines that grab attention and calls-to-action that ignite action. Coordinate creating assets, writing briefs for designers and maintaining a content calendar.
- Ability to customize email templates and familiarity with basic HTML, light mode/dark mode considerations, and ADA compliance. Not required, but ideal!
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, digital marketing, journalism, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful email campaign management.
- 3-5 years’ experience working in email marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field; at least 2 years’ experience in an email-focused position.
