Key Responsibilities
- Build and deploy email and SMS campaigns using the company's marketing automation platforms.
- Manage segmentation strategies, triggered workflows, and nurture sequences for different audience groups.
- Write and format email content aligned with brand tone and compliance guidelines.
- Execute A/B testing on subject lines, send times, layout, and CTAs.
- Track campaign metrics and report performance to marketing leadership.
- Collaborate with content, design, and CRM teams to coordinate integrated campaigns.
- Maintain and improve list hygiene and monitor deliverability metrics.
- Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and opt-out rules.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field or relevant experience.
- Proven experience in email and SMS marketing, including campaign setup, automation, and segmentation.
- Familiarity with A/B testing strategies and performance optimization techniques.
- Excellent written communication skills, with an understanding of branding and formatting for engagement.
- Knowledge of compliance standards (CAN-SPAM, TCPA) and experience maintaining list health and deliverability.
