Position Overview
THIEL Brand Design is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who is creative, results-driven, and passionate about helping brands grow. This role will focus primarily on SEO, Social Media Advertising, Google Ads, and supporting broader marketing initiatives as needed.

You’ll work closely with our internal team and client partners to drive digital strategy, optimize performance, and create campaigns that inspire action. If you enjoy working across different platforms and industries, this role offers tremendous opportunity for variety and impact.

Essential Responsibilities

SEO and Organic Growth
  • Execute SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical audits, metadata optimization, and basic link-building efforts.
  • Analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs, and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Support content strategy through SEO best practices (blogging, landing page optimization, etc.).

Paid Social Media Advertising
  • Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Write ad copy, select visuals, and set up strategic audience targeting.
  • Optimize and A/B test campaigns to maximize results and hit client goals.
  • Analyze paid social performance and create client-facing reports.

Google Ads Support
  • Assist in keyword research, ad writing, and campaign optimization for Google Search and Display ads.
  • Help monitor campaign metrics and work with the team to continually improve performance.

General Digital Marketing Support 
  • Assist in organic social media content development.
  • Help manage client websites (basic CMS/WordPress updates).
  • Create and update marketing collateral, landing pages, and promotional materials as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO and Paid Media.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience managing Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4 preferred), Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices, technical SEO basics, and content optimization.
  • Strong copywriting, proofreading, and communication skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategy.

Nice-to-Have (Bonus Skills)
  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications (or interest in obtaining them).
  • WordPress management or basic HTML/CSS familiarity.
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager.
