Become an integral part of an emerging business for Theory. We are looking for an Email Marketing Assistant to join our Digital Marketing team. This position is responsible for the day-to-day management, execution and analysis of email campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Brief email campaigns to creative designers and copywriters
- Build email campaigns in ESP, send tests, QA, approve and schedule for deployment
- Report on and analyze email performance, suggest improvements and act on those recommendations
- Partner with the ESP and other relevant third-party vendors to maximize email output
- Assist with all ad-hoc projects related to customer lifecycle
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in a similar email marketing or CRM role, ideally within a fashion retail environment
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside primary job description when necessary
- Solid understanding of email KPIs and deriving insights for wider business reporting and actions
- Previous ESP exposure preferred ie Listrak, Salesforce, Adobe, Oracle
- Meticulous organization, attention to detail, self-motivated with a flexible approach to the work required
- Must exercise independent judgment and initiative within established guidelines
- Excellent communication, writing, speaking, and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, teamwork and relationship building
Salary range: $31/hr -$33/hr*
