Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Fullerton, CA for an Email Marketing Manager. The Email Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns, utilizing marketing automation tools, and developing strategies to drive lead generation. The role includes tracking and analyzing email campaign performance, managing customer relationships through CRM systems, and collaborating with the marketing team to align email efforts with broader digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute B2B email marketing strategies
  • Manage email lists, segmentation, and targeting to ensure optimal performance
  • Analyze and report on email marketing metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue generated
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns using HubSpot
  • Continuously optimize email campaigns through A/B testing and other tactics to improve performance and drive revenue growth
  • Work with the content team to create segment-specific, brand-appropriate content for emails, and enforce brand standards on all email assets
  • Create visually appealing email templates, write compelling content, and segment email lists for targeted campaigns
  • Implement best practices for SEO and UX (User Experience) to drive organic traffic
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant search terms and optimize ad copy for maximum performance

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in B2B email marketing
  • Strong understanding of B2B email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and automation
  • Experience with email marketing platforms
  • Ability to successfully manage and collaborate on multiple, simultaneous projects
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making and drive results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling email content that resonates with the target audience
