Email Marketing Coordinator
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Email Marketing Coordinator with experience in the financial services industry to lead both internal and external email communications. This role supports our financial advisors by managing high-impact campaigns that drive business development, strengthen client engagement, and enhance advisor communication through segmented, timely messaging, ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right time.

- Plan, build, test, and deploy email campaigns using HubSpot, iContact, MailChimp, and Constant Contact.
- Manage and maintain segmented lists for both B2B (financial advisors) and B2C (end clients) communications.
- Craft and distribute internal email updates, timely announcements, and training communications to advisor teams.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of monthly and quarterly newsletters.
- Implement automated email workflows, nurture campaigns, and follow-up sequences.
Performance & Optimization
- Monitor KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and unsubscribe rates.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, layouts, and CTAs to drive continual improvement.
- Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness.

- 2–4 years of experience in email marketing, ideally within the financial services industry.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of audience segmentation, email automation, and lead-nurturing strategies.
Technology Expertise
- Strong command of HubSpot, MailChimp, iContact, and Constant Contact.
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with an understanding of compliance requirements in financial communications.
Regulatory Awareness
- Familiarity with SEC or FINRA guidelines to ensure compliant marketing practices is preferred, but not required
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to work for extended periods at a desk using a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds if/when necessary.
- Routine use of telephone and email.
- Office-based role with potential travel to conferences, events, and satellite offices as needed.
