Job Duties:
- Plan and execute website updates and social media posts including public relations and marketing communications.
- Design, redesign, and improve presentations with a strong focus on graphic design.
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Post engaging content for our digital platforms, including social media, blogs, and websites (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, and YouTube).
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Optimize the sales funnel from awareness to conversion.
- Coordinate and track registrations, conferences, sponsorships, memberships, and events.
- Meet with leadership to coordinate market exploration and launch campaigns.
- Monitor competitive behavior and anticipate responses to defend and expand market share.
- Stay informed on the latest travel trends and apply innovative marketing techniques to expand the client base.
- Collect feedback from various sources, including surveys and social media content creation.
- Develop and maintain a unified brand voice across all communication channels.
- Edit videos, shoot content, write, edit, and manage a variety of content.
- Devise strategies to enhance online presence.
- Influence and manage website design and optimization.
- Handle a full marketing desk, including social media management and campaign creation.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in digital marketing preferred; Ambitious New Grads welcome!
- Hands-on digital marketing experience in management consulting and/or B2B marketing with a focus on construction/architectural design
- Strong graphic design skills and proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud/Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Experience in designing, scaling customer acquisition, and retention in digital or SaaS ventures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and an understanding of the best practices in different marketing channels
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- A can-do attitude and a strong desire to learn
- Ability to build relationships with clients and internal team members
- Ambitious with a construction mindset
Pay Range:
$22 – 30/hr, depending on experience
