We are seeking a creative and strategic Email & SMS Marketing Specialist to design, write, and optimize high-performing campaigns that captivate our audience and drive engagement.

Responsibilities:

Design and build visually compelling, on-brand email and SMS campaigns using Mailchimp and SMS marketing platforms.
Develop engaging, editorial-style copy that resonates with our audience and tells a compelling brand story.
Write attention-grabbing subject lines, compelling CTAs, and high-converting messaging to boost open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Segment audiences and personalize content to create targeted, data-driven campaigns.
Conduct A/B testing on headlines, visuals, CTAs, and copy to optimize engagement.
Analyze email and SMS performance metrics to refine strategies and maximize impact.
Maintain a high level of creativity, editorial thinking, and brand storytelling, ensuring content aligns with the aesthetics and tone of the brand.
Stay ahead of email & SMS marketing trends, design best practices, and beauty industry innovations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in email & SMS marketing, copywriting, and design, ideally in the beauty or skincare industry.
Expertise in Mailchimp (email automation, segmentation, and template design) and SMS marketing platforms.
Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
A deep understanding of UX/UI principles to craft visually appealing and high-converting campaigns.
Exceptional editorial and storytelling abilities to create emotionally resonant content.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $70K+ (Competitive Based on Experience)
