Job Description: We’re looking for a strategic and analytical Email & SMS Marketing Manager to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth through optimized customer relationship management. In this role, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of our email & SMS marketing initiatives, managing campaigns, customer segmentation, and lifecycle strategies. The ideal candidate has a passion for data-driven marketing, customer experience, and knows how to turn insights into actions that strengthen customer loyalty. Holistically, you will be responsible for helping our customers get the most value out of our products and building a strong relationship with our brand. Tactically, you will be responsible for the ongoing segmentation, data analysis, and content creation tailored to each audience.

Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities:
• Lead all retention marketing efforts including the day-to-day planning and execution of email, SMS, and loyalty campaigns.
• Develop and execute targeted email and SMS marketing strategies in promotional, transactional, and automated campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
• Manage budget planning, pacing and optimizations across relevant marketing channels.
• Prepare and disseminate digital analytics for various audiences including Executives, the Digital Team, Creative, Global Marketing and Sales
• Support the implementation and adoption of CDP (customer data platform) and emerging software to optimize channels with data-driven personalization.
• Optimize against key metrics including CTR, open rates, revenue lift, and engagement.
• Recommend and implement iterative A/B testing to continually improve performance through optimized messaging and targeting.
• Analyze and report on performance metrics of email campaigns and set up test plans to improve the campaign performance.
• Optimize testing, segmentation, behavioral targeting, and classification to maximize engagement and nurture new users and customers.
• Create and test campaigns and templates that align content to customer preferences (examples: language, location, products, experience, etc.).
• Own briefing process for Email & SMS channels. This includes managing creative deadlines, communicating email needs inclusive of imagery, copy, and linking strategy.
• Track email best practices, monitor industry trends, and make recommendations.
• Partner with internal teams including digital, ecommerce, creative, and marketing to ensure that all deliverables are strategically aligned.

Requirements:
• At least 5+ years of CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing role
• Sales-driven with creative and strong marketing sense as well as business acumen.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Power Point, Office), Marketing Attribution Tools, Klaviyo (or similar platform), YotPo SMS.
• Proactive, multi-tasking, fast-paced with strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, strong sense of responsibility, well organized and good team player
