Senior Salesforce CRM Manager – CRM Strategy, Data Governance, Data Integrity & Marketing Automation

About the Role: We are looking for a  Senior CRM Manager to take ownership of our  Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and  Email Marketing Systems (EMS). This role focuses on optimising data quality, enhancing system functionality, and driving business development initiatives through effective CRM strategies.

 Key Responsibilities 
  • Manage and oversee the  CRM and EMS platforms, ensuring seamless functionality and data accuracy. 
  •  Design and implement  efficient reporting systems to support business growth and strategic decisions. 
  •  Oversee email campaigns, maintain templates, and manage automated communications. 
  •  Work closely with  business development teams to execute outreach strategies, events, and marketing initiatives. 
  •  Improve  data integrity and enrichment processes to maximise engagement and visibility. 
  •  Monitor and address  email deliverability issues, ensuring strong domain authority and reduced bounce rates. 
  •  Provide training to internal teams and external partners on  CRM best practices and system usage. 
  •  Collaborate with  IT and external vendors to enhance CRM integrations and drive system improvements. 
  •  Maintain  technical configurations to optimise performance and resolve system-related issues. 
  •  Lead initiatives related to  data governance, security, and compliance
  •  Plan strategic mailing schedules and implement audience segmentation to refine marketing efforts. 
  •  Support  business development and digital marketing strategies with CRM-driven insights and automation. 

Technical and Functional Skills 
  •  Expertise in  CRM platforms, such as  Salesforce, Intapp DealCloud, and EMS tools like  Pardot, Vuture, Dispatch
  •  Strong background in  data hygiene, automation workflows, and campaign management
  •  Advanced proficiency in  Microsoft Office Suite, including  Excel, Outlook, and Word
  •  Familiarity with  HTML and digital communication tools
  •  Ability to manage complex projects, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and maintain organisation. 
  •  Understanding of  marketing technology and business development methodologies
  
Basic Qualifications:
 
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field. 
  • At least  10 years of CRM administration and data management experience
  •  Extensive background in  eMarketing platforms, digital engagement strategies, data hygiene, enrichment tools, and marketing automation.
