What You'll Be Hatchin' Up
- Launching, monitoring, and optimizing creative multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, paid ads, SEO, and more)
- Peeping into analytics to measure campaign success, uncover insights, and tweak strategies for maximum lift-off
- Nesting new ideas for content, storytelling, and audience engagement
- Managing paid ad campaigns (PPC, Paid Social) to keep our brand soaring above the competition
- Collaborating with other birdbrains (that’s a compliment here!) across departments to ensure consistent messaging
- Staying eagle-eyed on trends and emerging digital platforms
What You’ll Need In Your Feathers
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house — both are egg-cellent!)
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools like SEMrush or Moz
- A keen beak for data: strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience with CRM platforms (like HubSpot or Marketo) and marketing automation tools
- Solid understanding of SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media strategies
- Creativity that can hatch fresh ideas faster than a hummingbird's wings
- Strong communication skills (because no one likes a squawking team member)
- Ability to adapt and flock together in a fast-paced environment
