Job Summary:

Position: Email Lead (Strategist)

Duration: 6 months, temp to hire

Location: Remote, with preference for candidates in New York, NY or Bridgewater, NJ

Max pay rate: $58.29

Key Responsibilities:

- Project manage and execute multi-channel marketing automation and email programs

- Gather email campaign requirements and manage intake for internal businesses

- Implement campaign automation playbooks and advise on best practices for engagement

- Collaborate with various stakeholders for alignment on strategic priorities and measurable outcomes

- Monitor campaign performances and document key metrics for analysis and optimization

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

- 4-6 years of project management experience with a focus on marketing automation

- Proficiency in email automation tools like Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Adobe Campaign preferred

- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Experience in insurance and/or financial services industry is a plus
