Email/SMS Lifecycle Marketing Manager
ESC has an exciting opportunity for an Email/SMS Lifecycle Marketing Manager working onsite in Nashville, TN to support our premier client’s workforce staffing marketing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating compelling experiences through lifecycle mediums, is highly analytical, a fast learner, and has a proven record of developing and launching impactful lifecycle strategies. This is a 10-month contract role that offers experience developing and implementing global email, SMS, and messaging app marketing strategies and enabling us to raise the bar for lifecycle automation globally.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement multi-channel lifecycle strategies including requirement gathering, audience segmentation, content strategy, campaign set up, QA, campaign launch, and ongoing reporting and optimization
- Research country-specific nuances and user behavior to adapt lifecycle strategies to meet localized needs
- Set campaign goals and define relevant KPIs based on objectives
- Deep dive existing lifecycle strategies and brainstorm opportunities to optimize performance and candidate experience
- Develop and manage end-to-end campaign project plans and lead project kick off and status check in meetings
- Analyze, report on, and optimize against key metrics including CTR, open rates, and conversion rates using a combination of Adobe Analytics and platform-level data
- Recommend and implement iterative A/B testing to continually improve performance through optimized messaging and targeting
- Track channel best practices and industry trends to make proactive recommendations
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4-5 years in lifecycle marketing.
- Proficient in email, SMS, and messaging app marketing, including automation and personalization.
- Skilled in analyzing KPIs (CTR, open rates, conversion rates) and using insights for optimization.
- Experience with campaign management, A/B testing, customer segmentation, and Adobe Analytics.
- Strong cross-functional communication and ability to manage end-to-end campaign execution.
- Up to date on best practices and emerging trends in digital communication.
