Key Responsibilities
- High volume of customer contacts through phone and email a prior to their renewal date to educate on renewal requirements.
- Acquire invaluable experience updating and managing your opportunity pipeline in the Salesforce
- Work proactively, well in advance of product renewal date to provide all the information, pricing, etc that a customer would need in order to execute a timely renewal
- Determine potential for growth of current customers using established Sales Tools building relationships with Partner Resellers and Distributors and call/email efforts to manage opportunities
- Being self-sufficient in understanding what you are selling including personal education of products that you are selling
- Negotiating pricing with customers and Partner VARs
- Generating quotes for customers
- Creating/processing orders and following up on orders until fully executed
- Working with other departments, (ex. Customer Success, Tech Support, etc.), on a regular basis depending on customer needs
- Identifying additional areas for growth within the customer’s environment and generating leads for other teams as necessary
Qualifications
- Recent college graduate with a Bachelor degree
- Must be a self-starter that is very organized and efficiently use time on a daily basis
- Knowledge of Microsoft office and Salesforce.com applications is a must
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to support remote team members, customers, and partners
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future
- Strong data analysis and communication skills
- Ability to telework and support a remote team
