Are you a smart, driven marketing professional with 2–4 years of hands-on experience looking for an opportunity to join a high-paced, fast-growing marketing agency? If so, please keep reading!
We are looking for someone excellent and talented. At Cannascale, you will work with business owners who want you to be self-sufficient while holding you to high-performance expectations to help you become the best version of yourself. We will help expand your skillsets and equip you with everything you need to 10x your capabilities and start your own business one day (if that’s something you’re interested in).
At Cannascale, you’ll run independently, but have very experienced marketing professionals around you who will be excited to mentor and teach. This leadership team has built up-and-comers into award-winning sales and marketing leaders, and we are looking to do the same with this role.
The leaders of this company have built a >$100 million company, primarily on the success of marketing. We are looking for someone unimpressed by the corporate grind they may have found themselves in, and who knows that there must be a different path to life.
You’ll learn marketing, management, entrepreneurship, and leadership. We will help you grow, but that comes with the expectation that you will commit to developing yourself. As the agency grows, you’ll have the opportunity to share in that success. If you’re an aspiring entrepreneur but don’t know how to take that first step, this would be an excellent opportunity if you’re up for the challenge.
