 Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Email Marketing Specialist located in Lakewood, NJ. The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, generating leads, and managing marketing automation processes. This role involves working closely with other marketing team members to create compelling email content and strategies to effectively engage our audience and drive conversion rates.

 Qualifications

Proficiency in Email Marketing Software and Marketing Automation tools
Strong skills in Marketing Analytics and Lead Generation techniques
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience in creating and managing email marketing campaigns
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
Experience in healthcare or addiction recovery services is a plus
